5 sets of 3 reps for 90kg. Suppose to go for 4, but feels like depth can't hit what I want, no point going for 4. Thought it was my flexibility at first, but i think I manage to hit it pretty alright at lower weights. Shall drop and rebuild it up. Make sure i hit the next 90kg with good depth. 😠😊 Hwaiting!
